Water Filter

Do we really need a water filter? Short answer- Absolutely!
From the way it tastes to its profound health benefits, there’s no doubt that filtered water really is better.

The Environmental Working Group found over 300+ contaminants in tap water across the U.S ranging from heavy metals, to pathogenic bacteria, and even chemical byproducts like volatile organic compounds (VOCs), trihalomethanes (THMs), and haloacetic acids (HAAs). Drinking pure, filtered water is essential to support your body’s natural detoxification processes.

This is why I made the switch to a Berkey water filter. Unlike other store-bought water filters, the Berkey removes the highest amounts of toxins without removing the necessary minerals in the water. It’s hands down the most powerful and most cost-effective counter-top water purifier on the market!

Air Purifier

Have you considered getting an air purifier?
A lot of us invest time and money in what we eat and drink but how often do we think about the air we breathe?

There are far more pollutants in the air now than there ever was in the past. Some of these pollutants can have major impacts on human health that can cause chronic debilitating symptoms. Particles like dust and mold can collect in our homes and lead to issues like asthma and allergies.

Most homes come with a built in air purifier that trap some of these particles but since these filters were not built to destroy them, these particles can hang out in your filter and continue to affect your home air quality.

Getting an air purifier not only helps to collect and remove these toxins from your home, it helps destroy them too! This includes lingering bacteria and viruses. Using an air purifier helps improve breathing and overall health. My personal favorite air purifier is the Air Doctor Pro, but other air purifiers like Molekule are just as great! This is one investment I highly encourage you to make!

Non-Toxic Cleaning

If you’ve been following me for a while you already know that clean living is just as important to me as healthy eating. There are so many chemicals in the cleaning products we use everyday and making the switch to a brand like Branch Basics is a simple yet important choice for your family’s health.
In fact, they even contribute to things like respiratory, reproductive, and immune systems issues to name a few.

Branch Basics is a plant and mineral based multi-purpose cleaner that removes grease, dust, and dirt, without leaving behind the harmful chemicals that your average multi-purpose cleaners do. My favorite thing about Branch Basics vs. other cleaners is you only have to buy ONE product to do your everyday cleaning! All you have to do is purchase their concentrate and you can basically use it to create almost any type of cleaner. Get $10 off your first purchase by click here:
